After ordering we strive to sent your package within 1-3 working days. Shipping times can be extended during promotions and busy periods. All our packages are send by PostNL, please keep in mind that PostNL doesn't deliver on Monday. Are you ordering from abroad? We love to help you! Return & Exchange Policy
You have 14 days to decide whether you would like to keep your products ordered, starting from the day the package arrives at you address. We accept returns under the condition that the return is within the set time period, the products aren't damaged and arrive in the original packaging. Make sure that all the original labels and tags need to be attached.
Due to hygienic reasons we don't accept returns of pierced jewelry, like earrings. Also products bought in the sale can't be returned.
To return your products, please email us so that we can send you our return form. You need to add this form to your order, in order to be eligible for a return. We will inspect the items once returned. HOLTBAR has the right to decline a return if the return policy isn't followed properly. If denied, you have the option to have the item send back at your own costs.
We offer a full refund of the returned items, this can take up to 14 days. If you want to change the product ordered we advise you to follow the return policy and order the new item by yourself.The refund will take place the same way the customer paid for its order.
